It was a very good location, close to the dlr with a 10 min walk and the elizabeth line was only a 20 min walk. A corner shop was right in front of the building with friendly staff. It has a lift that could fit 5 of us and our carry-ons. The place was very clean and spacious, my friends and I were very happy when we arrived. It had two floors, both having balconies that has a good view of the park and let a lot of sunlight in. The beds were big and comfortable. The bathrooms were big as well and they provided us with a lot of towels. Each bedroom and the living room came with electric fans. The wardrobe has mirror doors which was extremely handy and a few more wall mirros in the place. They had a good-sized fridge and freezer, the 5 of us all had 5 litre water bottles which we were all able to fit into the fridge. The place also came with a large tv.

− These are just the little things. But it would be nice to have a hand towel in the toilet-only bathroom, shampoo and conditioner (even if it's just the cheap ones) in the bathrooms, body wash in both bathrooms, and washing machine pods/detergent. We came during the summer and luckily the place did provide fans but they just weren't as strong as we would have liked even at the highest setting. One of the bathrooms did have a slight damp smell. But overall, we would book again

Location was ideal for where we needed to be, had parking, size ideal for our needs.Communication from Owner good and prompt.

Good location to access canary wharf ,Stratford etc

− Good location but not kept clean We had to clean the spaces before we settled in! The sleeper couch has so much dirt under it,dusty environment No bin liners for the guests,no shower gel ,no cleaning agents for a long stay did not help ! They need to reorganize their plan honestly Cooking pots also too light ,consider a heavier option for cookware

− Gesprungene Bodenfliesen in der Küche Schlechte/ unsaubere Küchenausstattung Bäder machen einen ungepflegten Eindruck (verfärbte Toilettensitze, Abdeckung an Badewanne nicht richtig befestigt, Spiegelränder haben bräunliche Verfärbung, dicke unsaubere Silikonabdichtung) Matratzen teilweise mittig durchgelegen

− Very disappointing stay. The apartment was run-down, dirty, and the furniture was old, worn, and in poor condition. There was hair in the bath when we arrived, bathrooms are in an extremely poor condition. The listing describes this as a luxury apartment, but there was nothing luxurious about it. The whole place is in desperate need of renovation and the mattresses need replacing. Both mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. One of the beds had such a deep dip in the middle that it was impossible for our two children to sleep on it together. As a result, one child had to sleep on the sofa bed, which was also very uncomfortable, even for one person. Because of the poor condition of the apartment and the very uncomfortable sleeping arrangements, we decided to cut our two-night stay short and checked out a day early.
