l'Appartamento è adatto a 4 persone, posizione ottima. Le comunicazioni con Valentina è stata perfetta in tutto.

− Värdinnan skrev att vi skulle checka in en halv timme senare, kl:15:30, eftersom det skulle hinna städas! I priset ingick över 600 kr. för städning! När vi kom, allt var rörligt, sängarna var inte i ordning, smutsiga lakan och handdukar huller om buller, koppar odiskad. Vi lämnade ställen i flera timmar,, så det skulle städas, ändå fanns odiskade glass vid skåpet lika så med några bestick. Vi var 2 dagar utan Wifi, TV fungerade ej, det fanns bara en Stor kaffekopp för fyra pers, 2 sopsäckar inför hela vistelsen och dem skulle föras någonstans på någon ställe vid härbord. Mycket krav hela tiden från värdinnan via mailen

The only good about the place was location

− Is imposable to mention everything. Danger stairs with moving railing , keys u took from closet with garbage in the common hallway, a/c not working and not fixed even tho was asked multiple times. The contact person didn’t answer questions instead had verbal diarrhea completely unrelated to what you asked. She requested video to prove the a/c doesn’t work. What may have been bed bugs, dirty corridor and room. Molded dirty shower. Broken furniture, broken TV, lack of living basics (scissors, cups), what smelled like dog urine in the corridor that no one cleaned for 5 days. Garbage tucked into most of the closets of the accommodation. And cherry on the top instead having place for garbage disposal they asked you to chase a garbage boat between or to sneak your garbage in small bags in city bins which is forbidden. Finally, a rep with attitude and I admit she Finally got it back.

La gentilezza della Signora Valentina che ci ha accolto con attenzione e cortesia! Solo lei è la nota positiva di questa prenotazione , per il resto pessimo rapporto qualità / prezzo!

− Scale pericolosissime per raggiungere l’appartamento al terzo piano, scale sporche e portone e scorrimano fatiscenti. Appartamento sposo orco ed estremamente scomodo per tutti! Solo la posizione è buona ma lo sconsiglio vivamente! A quel prezzo si trova di molto molto meglio!!

La posizione è ottima pieno centro facile per girare Venezia e le sue principali attrazioni

− Purtroppo la struttura necessita intervento generale. Potrebbe essere un posto top per la posizione che ha ma purtroppo è lasciato a se stesso. La padrona è gentilissima.

L'emplacement, à 10 minutes du centre et proche d'une supérette

− C'était sale, pas entretenu, les escaliers du hall d'entrée sont vraiment dégueulasses, avec des cheveux, de la poussière, du mur cassé au sol. la douche est dégueulasse. Pas de stores occultants aux fenêtres, le studio est au dernier étage, donc en plein soleil, on est réveillé très tôt avec beaucoup de lumières (on a dû mettre des sacs poubelles pour diminuer la lumière et la chaleur du soleil). il fait une chaleur insupportable, l'air conditionné fonctionne mal, il faut attendre des heures pour qu'il fasse frais. J'ai encore plusieurs photos en preuve !!!!!
