7.0L'emplacement est idéal, l'appartement est très spacieux.
− La machine à laver ne marchait pas, ils sont intervenus mais on a dû aller dans une laverie le temps de la réparation. L'appartement est mal insonorisé, on entend tout mais je pense que c'est un problème dans tous les appartements à Barcelone. Heureusement que la rue est assez calme.

9.0Amazing location and accesibility to subway, bus. Great amenities inside (but lacking dishwasher). The communication with the owner was best in class so far. Very clean. Overall recommended.
− Neighbors were a bit noisy and the elevator did not always work during our stay. The windows are not noise insulated so during the night it can get a bit noisy from traffic.
