Good location in Berlin, value for money not great.
6.0Enough space for the group, location is fine.
− The apartment could use some maintenance. Continious dripping water tap (try to sleep with one next to your bedroom), wall socket in kitchen falls off and shows open wires (with three devices and two wall sockets one has to change all day), door handle bathroom falls off every time you open it, very cheap couches, toilet seat not mounted. Cannot imagine we are the first ones mentioning these issues. Guestbook started in 2019, likely photos made that year and limited maintenance and painting since then.

− Położenie lokalu. Na parterze, przy ruchliwej 4-pasmowej ulicy. W dzielnicy, gdzie większość stanowią Turcy. Choć dla mnie to nie problem. Nie można otworzyć okien. Kran w kuchni cieknie. Do centrum miasta daleko.

− The radiators are disconnected from the apartment’s heating system. Only mobile heaters are there which are not enough to get heated.
