We booked this property via Booking.com at premium London rates, travelling as a party of 5 including a 5-year-old child. What we encountered was unfit for habitation, unsafe, and bore absolutely no resemblance to the listing we saw on your platform. It is clear this is not an isolated oversight, but long-term neglect that was deliberately concealed from guests. Full list of critical issues & impact: • Severe health & hygiene risks: Used sanitary towels were left in the cupboard under the bathroom sink. Windows and floors were thick with grime. No toilet brush was provided—an essential basic hygiene requirement. • Extensive disrepair & known defects: Peeling/chipped flooring, crumbling skirting boards, and large areas of torn, dirty wallpaper throughout. Multiple blinds damaged or torn; one dismantled and left lying on the floor—with its mounting bracket stored on a shelf, proving the host was fully aware of the fault but did nothing to fix it. • Sleep deprivation & unnecessary distress: Because that blind was broken and lying on the floor, we were awakened at 5:00 AM by direct sunlight beating into the room. This caused total disruption to our rest, which was especially difficult and upsetting for our young child.

Nice flat that has potential to be a lovely stay but cleaning and things broken were big let down

Property was in nice location and has potential to be a lovely accommodation but few issues

− Toilet didn’t work , they came to fix it once but never replied second time it broke Property was not clean, used period pads left under the sink Lots of things broken like blinds hanging off

Location. Beds were comfortable.

− The bedroom blind fell off on my head when I tried to close it with chunks of plaster - host not bothered. Other bedroom had no blind so lights shone in all night. Finishing poor. Not very clean. Toilet broke and left water running and some kind of rubble in toilet bowl. Kitchen not clean - would not have used anything in it. Grubby bathroom. Shower cold. Host seemed not super bothered. Not clear on parking options until we asked then too late to get a permit. Still don’t know now how we could have got one. Wouldn’t recommend. Not enough plugs and all looked a bit dodgy.

Dobrá dostupnost, ciste. Za tu cenu adekvatni a pohodlne ubytovani. Starsi vybaveni, rozbita podlaha, potrhane rolety a flekaty gauc za tu cenu zvladnu prehlednout. Kazdopadne z fotek to neni vubec zrejme, tak to bylo trochu prekvapujici.

− Stavba vsude okolo. Temer kazdou noc byl velmi hlasity soused nad nami. Dvakrat prisel po pulnoci a do dvou hrala hudba a jako kdyby skakal nad nami, to ale pronajimatel taky neovlivni.
