The location is excellent, easy access to Arsenale vaporetto stop. The apartment was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was really comfortable & the area was quiet at night. The apartment was warm & clean. The water was hot & plentiful. Bars & Bailo supermarket really close. Bakery next door. Lots of great restaurants in immediate area.

− The WiFi did not work & seems to have been an issue for a while, looking at previous reviews. The ignition on the gas hob did not work & there were no matches or lighter in the apartment.

Great welcome of new year with a great location in Venice.

That is was very close to everything, main square, canal, restaurants… and still in a quiet and great area.

− Well, that it was on a 2nd and 3rd floor with very narrow stairs. But it was not a bad thing since the location was superb.

The location was great and easily walkable to St. Mark's Square. We used the San Zaccaria stop on the ferry from the airport and it was a short walk to the property. It was easy to get in with the lock box and the host let us drop off our luggage before check in, which was nice.

− The living area was taken up completely by a large dining table so there really wasn't anywhere for our family of 5 to just hang out and relax. The living area and kitchen do not have AC, so it was very hot. The downstairs bathroom had just experienced a leak and wasn't fully functional. Both bathrooms had pretty bad lighting and was hard to get ready in for our nice dinner out. One of the 3 bedrooms is not private at all - does not have a door, only a room divider. We had 5 adults and this was an awkward set up for us since it was not private at all.

Very good location, close to St. Mark's Square. Terrace right outside the apartment and supermarket nearby.

− The air conditioning does not cope, the temperature has not dropped below 28 degrees Celsius and the WI FI signal is very weak.

The location was perfect. Everything was really close - the restaurants, shops, sightseeing. Easily accessible from the ferry. The apartment had everything that was needed, all the kitchen tools etc.

− There were broken pieces of glasses all over the floor and one of the guests cut her toe. There was written that in the aparment there is AC, but there was a small portable AC which couldn’t cool down the whole apartment therefore it was really hard to sleep during night with 30 degrees outside.
