Freundlicher Kontakt, aber Zustand verbesserungswürdig
5.0Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und ist dadurch praktisch für einen Aufenthalt in Barcelona. Der Kontakt war außerdem freundlich und unkompliziert.
− Leider entsprach das Zimmer nicht meinen Erwartungen. Das Sofa war kaputt, das Bett war unbequem und das Geschirr war nicht richtig sauber. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass sich im Badezimmer offenbar Chlor oder ein anderes Reinigungsmittel auf dem Boden befand, wodurch meine Kleidung verfärbt wurde. Insgesamt müsste die Unterkunft bei Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Kontrolle deutlich verbessert werden.
