− There were insufficient towels for the guests. 2 large and 2 small not sufficient to dry yourself with for four adults showering each day!

− In der Beschreibung stand "3 Schlafzimmer", effektiv war ein Zimmer nur ein Durchgangszimmer, ein Zimmer mit defekter bzw ausgehängter Türe. Auch sonst waren in der Wohnung mehrere Defekte mit "in Arbeit" gekennzeichnet.

− Checking in was a little rough - downloaded an app as instructed to open the main door but never received email with access key so still needed property to remote open the door. Also? Elevator was extremely small.

3.0We were pressured into paying the city tax in advance, and only via PayPal. As people over 60 years old, we have some difficulties with this, yet we felt forced to make the payment. The host contacted us very late, and we only received the apartment access details, keys, and entry instructions just minutes before check-in. This significantly disrupted our travel plans and schedule for the day. When we arrived, there was only one proper bedroom. There was no third bedroom at all. The second room could barely fit a bed, and the mattress was extremely thin — what we would call a camping mattress. The bathrooms were faulty, there were no proper doors, and there was no privacy. Additionally, the glasses were all dirty. This was our first impression upon arrival.
