− It's not even 1, it's negative! This property is a SCAM! The owner never provided the address. They didn't answer my emails asking to provide some directions as I know it's hard to find places in Venice. So upon our arrival to the address associated with the property Ca' del Sole in Booking, the name Ca' del Sole was on the door bell, but nobody answered that door. We found another address on the listing and one of us walked there and found nothing. Called the number on the listing - they answered and suggested we go to another address - San Paolo 958, which google did not find. After that the owner stopped answering our calls providing the reason she was about to have dinner. We stayed on the street in the middle of the night, and it was raining. Found very expensive hotel nearby. But they still charged us!!! For the service that wasn't provided!!! I started a complain about the incident. I could not attach that property photos as we never got there, but attaching here my communication with the owner, when I was asking for the direction and address (with clear timestamps) who claimed that we arrived without notification, screenshot of my phone showing number f times we called and that it was NOT middle of the night! The 1st call was at 13:57 Eastern time that matches 19:57 in Venice, and other calls were made around 20:00 Venice time, and his response to my initial review, where he is laughing at me. Just to confirm that he or she is just a liar and a thief. They basically stole our money! Stay away from them!!!

Nice, clean apartment in the very centre of Venice. Host was amazing. If you can read, the apartment is easy to find as well, but google maps shows it a bit wrong, just walk to the small square and look for the apartment number. Value for price is unbeatable for Venice!

An overpriced, run down apt.

− This place was an overpriced mess. They obviously don’t care about the facilities. The sheets were clean but the place was run down - the entrance way was like a crack house & the furniture was junky, seemed like it was off the street. They have no directions on how to get there from the station which is tricky - and the address was not complete. The owner was not accommodating at all. Someone was waiting outside in the ally when you arrive to show you in - which is very odd but she was very nice.

Location.

− Correct information and communication needed. I didn’t get any information about the penalty for late check in even I chatted several times about the check in time. But they wanted me to pay the fees onsite. I couldn’t find any text about the fee in my voucher also service center didn’t know about the late check in fee issue. The host was yelling at me and i paid anyways. She doesn’t know how to communicate.
