Heerlijke plek om bij te komen! Sleutel ophalen is echt geen probleem en zeer dichtbij. Erg fijne plek, zeer rustig ☺️ en super centraal

Good apartment and location, but terrible check-in/check-out experience

Apartment is big, spacious areas and overall very comfortable. The location is one of the differentiators.

− I'll mention 3 issues that are mostly related to the same thing: there's no lobby/doorman at the building. So: 1. Collecting the keys in a random small shop, about ~5-8 minutes away from the building, with the bags and everything else, was definitely weird, specially at night. 2. I forgot a smartwatch in the apartment and until now, more than 2 weeks later, after a lot of back and forth talking to the host, I'm still not able to retrieve the watch. They basically need to wait for the cleaner in a checkout to get it, and after a couple checkouts of other reservations, they still weren't able to give me the watch. Since apparently there's never anyone else in the apartment that is not the cleaner, I simply can't get it back if they don't get in touch with the cleaner on time, which they did not yet. They even suggested that I could pay an extra cleaning day, just so someone could get there and send me the watch, which doesn't make any sense (pay a cleaning to retrieve a watch?!). A process that should be incredibly simpler became a huge pain, still unresolved and no answers in the last wek. 3. It isn't a big deal, but the check-out is earlier than normal, tightly defined at 10am, cause that's when the cleaner will go there no matter what.

Området kring Paddington Basin är superbra, det är rent och städat, nära till kommunikationer och matbutiker i form av M&S & Tesco finns runt knuten. Det finns ett flertal pubar och restauranger i området om man inte känner för att ta sig in till centrum.

− Lägenheten är modern, bra planerad och städad. Men det skulle inte skada om det fanns lite mer inredning i form av någon form av växt i vardagsrummet (plastväxter idag är jättefina) och annat som ger lite mer inredd känsla och som kanske dämpar lite eko.

Bardzo ładny, przestronny apartament w pełni wyposażony z pięknym widokiem na Hyde Park. Bardzo blisko stacja metra na dłuższe wycieczki do każdego miejsca Londynu. Na krótkie może iść do Hyde Parku czy Regent's Parku przez Małą Wenecję ;)

− Wymeldowanie o 10-tej a pani sprzątająca przyszła już o 9.15 w niedzielę :(
