1.0− Our stay in this apartment was a nightmare. We found bedbugs in the bed and were bitten many times during the night. This is not only disgusting but also dangerous, because there is a real risk of bringing the bedbugs back home. Travelers should feel safe and comfortable in their accommodation, not worried about carrying pests back to their own homes. This was extremely stressful and completely unacceptable. The apartment is infested!!! Although we took the necessary precautions (we froze all our clothes and then washed them at 60 degrees Celsius), we brought bedbugs home. I strongly urge the property to take immediate action, and I do not recommend anyone to stay here until the problem is fully resolved. We also have video to proove what we are saying, but can't add video to this review.
