Świetny pobyt, znakomity gospodarz, niezwykła lokalizacja
8.0Znakomity kontakt z personelem. Maksymalnie szybkie odpowiedzi. Wszyscy bardzo życzliwi i otwarci. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu po zakończeniu pobytu. Bezproblemowe odebranie kluczy. Znakomita lokalizacja, praktycznie najbliżej wszystkich najważniejszych atrakcji Florencji. Miejski gwar za oknem, który bardzo lubię (ale trzeba to brać pod uwagę, jeśli ktoś szuka miejsca zacisznego, to raczej to nie jest ten wybór), życie w sercu miasta, ulice tętniące kulturą, muzyką, pobliskimi kawiarniami i restauracjami. Dobre śniadanie z pyszną kawą w zaprzyjaźnionej kawiarni - dla mnie było świetnym otwarciem dnia przed zwiedzaniem.
− Myślę, że można poprawić wygodę łóżek. Bo wyglądają na bardzo komfortowe, podobnie jak pokój na zdjęciach prezentuje się na bardzo przestronny, a w rzeczywistości nie ma zbyt wiele miejsca. Ale dla nas było wystarczająco. Zresztą w tym pokoju spędzaliśmy niewiele czasu, bo tak naprawdę życie toczy się na zewnątrz i do Florencji człowiek nie przyjeżdża po to żeby się wyspać ;)

10.0El trato que nos dio Maurizio fue perfecto. Amable, nos cambió la habitación a una mejor gracias a la disponibilidad. Era el cumpleaños de mi pareja y le preparó una sorpresa. El mejor!! La ubicación es inmejorable.

7.0I loved the location and it was a good size for 3 people plenty of room to walk around in. The host was very informative about all the things we can do and places to eat.
