I was in Florence for both work and leisure. I wanted to visit the Archivio di stato and this apartment is right around the corner from the archive. I also brought my son and a friend visited for a few days for touristic reasons. It was QUIET with all windows facing an interior courtyard. Internet, AC, and washing machine worked perfectly. It was a 25 minute walk to the central attractions (Duomo) and about 35 minute walk to the main train station. I really like the residential neighborhood—you get to live among Italians, not tourists. This apartment and the people who take care of it are excellent—very prompt and professional. No complaints! I would definitely stay at Lucietta House again.

Mieszkanie jest w dobrym stanie, czyste i w pełni wyposażone. Dobra lokalizacja: do centrum miasta można spokojnie iść spacerem.

Good loaction (20 min walk from the city center), nice neighborhood, elevator. The apartmant was big, clean & with comfortable bed and pillows. The host was always reachable and helpful. I recommend staying here :)

− We had no WiFi during our stay - there was some issue on the provider's side. But our host tried to solve it and kept us updated.

Трябва да напусна това прекрасно място. Удобна и същевременно тиха локация за разглеждане на забележителностите на града пеша.Усетих апартамента като свой. Толкова удобни легла, тераса тиха и спокойна. Вечер седяхме отвън и се наслаждавахме на тишината и китния вътрешен двор с типично италианска атмосфера . Апартаментът се намира в страда с чист вход и тихи съседи. Има прекрасен малък асансьор удобен за 3 ма. Има климатици във всяка стая които работят безшумно и качествено. Винаги имаше топла вода. Прекрасна баня с не хлъзгащ се под- уникално. Кафенета и магазини за хранителни стоки наблизо. Автобусът - 14 А или 14В от жп гарата Санта Мария новела спират точно пред сградата, а на обратно -на следващата успоредна улица. Това също беше голям плюс за нас. Удобни легла , допълнителни възглавници , кърпи , одеала и чаршафи при необходимост. Бих резервирала отново тук . Благодаря за топлото гостоприемство

L’emplacement est très bien, à la fois proche du vieux centre de Florence et au calme. L’appartement donne sur une cours intérieure très calme.
