9.0We had to get up early, so no breakfast, but the host kindly left snacks and water. The apartment was modern, very clean, and very comfortable. The host was charming and extremely helpful. He used a translation method that every host should use- made everything clear.
− The check- in time was a little confusing. On the site, 1 pm time was listed, then the host stated he was available at 3pm, but was unfortunately delayed by a work emergency. It might be best to state from the start, a later check in time.

10.0El barrio es tranquilo. La entrada al alojamiento no es lujosa, como muchas aquí en Florencia. Sin embargo la habitación es muy amplia y tiene de todo. La cama fue muy cómoda. El baño nuevo, amplio y completo. Francesco es un anfitrión extraordinario. Me ayudó con TODO. Siempre estaba disponible y contestó a todas mis preguntas. Me ofreció café, y cualquier otra cosa que necesitara. También me ayudó con el tranvía y el tren en la estación central de Florencia. Le doy un 1.000% como anfitrión! Grazie mille Francesco! 😊

10.0The host is so sweet we arrived late as our train was delayed she waited to help us into the home. Both her and her partner made sure we were safe and comfortable. We wish we stayed longer!
