Good value for money!
7.0Excellent location! Apartment was spacious and comfortable bed. Well equipped.
− The air conditioning kept malfunctioning which made the room very stuffy overnight.
No hot water!
2.0It was quite location
− We arrived to the apartment and there was no hot water, we had to wait till the next morning to be fixed. Guess what?! Same day in the evening we ware out of hot water again, so again had to wait till the next so it would be fixed. Our bed was like gondola mattress so badly out of shape. When we arrived there was black hair hanging everywhere, pretty disgusting.
Dirty apartment which I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
3.0- the location was the only plus of staying there
− - The apartment was not cleaned at all. - There were flies everywhere. - The stuffiness in the apartment was unbearable. - Check-in was delayed by 3 hours due to the host's fault. We had to wait until 6 PM to enter the apartment, yet the full day's payment was still charged. - Expired snacks were provided for the guests. - The complimentary bottle of wine, mentioned by the host in a message, was missing. - One of the worst stays I’ve had on Booking.
Disappointment
1.0Nothing. The non-refundable policy is there for a reason.
− Was a health and safety concern to be there. We chose to live elsewhere despite paying more. Air conditioning (in the common area) is faulty (the individual bedrooms does not have air conditioning). Stale air smells of mould and chemicals. Plenty of flies, spiders and ants.
