Super Lage, süßes Haus- viel Platz Sehr netter, schneller Kontakt Sehr leise trotz Bahnhofnähe

− Haus bräuchte etwas extra Liebe. Kaum Wasserdruck beim Duschen, Inventar teilweise wackelig und alt. Gefrierfach kaputt…. nichts dramatisches aber für den Preis wäre es cool wenn man noch ein wenig Arbeit reinstecken würde.

− Problème de Wifi. Aucune indication, réponse par mail très floue . Le manque de propreté ( des moutons au sol des chaussettes sales sous un lit , barrette , copeaux de crayon , rien de vraiment clean ) Vitres très sales Sèche Linge en marche à notre arrivée, donc désagrément, plus humidité ensuite . Serviettes humides. Problème d’eau pour la chambre supérieure , l’eau n’arrivait que par filet., quand elle arrivait . Draps et taies d’oreiller, pas repassées Vous étions 6 , il n’y avait que 4 verres . On a téléphoné et laissé un message car problème pour ouvrir la porte de la cuisine . C’´etait un numéro pour les urgences, nous n’avons toujours pas de réponse

Easter holiday stay

Apartment was a great size for our family of 7 with four bedrooms (two of which had en suite bathrooms), a separate bathroom and a toilet. The living area was also a good size for our group. We had lovely weather during our stay so being able to open the window onto a small balcony proved very popular! The rear of the property overlooked the Victoria Station railway lines but the noise was minimal. The instructions (and photos) from the host on how to enter the property were clear and straightforward. The location of the apartment was great with access to mainline trains and underground nearby along with Sainsbury's and fast food outlets. The kitchen, although small, had everything you needed - gas cooker and microwave were easy to use. Beds were all comfortable.

− With three showers in the property, there were times when the water flow in the shower on the top floor would greatly reduce or even stop so timing was important! We did not have to use the freezer but it was totally frozen up - this is probably not too difficult to sort out for future guests.

Horrifying stay and experience

− 1. The keys were not in the key box when we arrived, leaving us stranded with our luggage outside the main door feeling cold and depressed. The host came in very late with the substitute keys to finally opened up the door to the apartment 2. The water pressure was very slow 3) Heater was not working leaving us cold throughout our 2 days stay
