Nice Location, Shame about the Place

− Clearly set up to maximise profit rather than comfort. Everything was poor quality. Furniture, TV, toilet paper, cooking equipment, beds, everything
Good location but very basic amenities
7.0Location. More specially the neighborhood. Good food and drink options nearby, close to the water, ferry, train station. The property manager was fairly responsive when asked questions.
− Very basic amenities. Garbage removal was somewhat confusing but the garbage staff does knock on the door at 8:00a to collect recycling and some garbage. They threaten a €160 starting fee for any garbage not taken out Air conditioning was super loud and woke us up each night with really loud noises. No hand towels in the bathroom or kitchen. Very light linens and missing pillow cases on the extra pillows. Not a lot of options for seating in the living room outside of a small couch and plastic molded chairs or hard dining room chairs. Felt very skimpy as a whole but served our purposes for the few nights in Venice. Could be a lot nicer with a little more effort.

− The AC didn’t work, there was no flexibility for earlier check in. We had problems with the keys and got insulting replies. There is nothing close by. No coffee shop or pastry no grocery store or place to eat.
