9.0La struttura è davvero bella, di grande impatto a prima vista! Grattacielo molto moderno, forma concava fronte mare, con enorme piscina in giardino. Appartamento semplice ma moderno, essenziale, dotato di tutti i comfort, luminoso e soprattutto vista mozzafiato a 180° sul mare! Ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici, passeggiata sul lungomare a due passi. Il proprietario è una persona molto cortese e disponibile, ha fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole..compresa una confezione regalo di sublime Baklava!
− La zona è lontana dal centro, quindi non è molto servita per quanto riguarda attività commerciali tipo supermercati, negozi, ristoranti ecc., ma è un dettaglio tutto sommato sorvolabile facendo due passi a piedi.

− This has to be one of the worst hotels or apartments me and my wife have ever visited, and I travel a lot. Upon arrival, the smell inside was so strong that it was unbearable. We immediately opened all windows hoping that it just needs fresh, but even this way it smells of cigarettes and accumulated dirt too much. It was also in poor condition and to my opinion - in desperate need of renovation. I got refunded through agreement with the host and Booking. I hope this place gets the renovation it needs to look like the pictures and spare the negative experience of other guests.
