The location of this property was perfect. Easy access to buses and undergrounds, and walkable to a lot of attractions. Very close to a lot of restaurants and grocery shopping. Walkable to Paddington station to catch trains. The floor was squeaky when walking, but I don't mind. Very quiet neighbourhood. A pub right outside the front door but generally okay in terms of noise at night.

− As reviewed by other guests, this property lacks a house manual, which can be problematic when there's an issue. For example, the boiler can shut down itself unexpectedly. You may find yourself freezing in the middle of the night and know nothing about where the boiler is (outside the apartment) and how to turn it back on. The apartment lacks maintenance in general. Cleaning was done sloppily, full of dusty spots. Kitchen was equipped, but carelessly. For example, the electric kettle was fully covered in hard water stains. In general, the host's property is in a great location, but they have a very careless attitude when preparing it for guests.

Leaked water from the roof almost falling down and noises everywhere the floor is so bad y can’t walk without high sound wifi so week you can’t reach it from the bedroom the owner will not respond for your call never ever just very bad experience

Loved the location, quiet neighborhood with pub across the street. Felt safe. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Radiators in bedroom and living room.

− Bathroom had a warmer that wasn't attached at the top-so it leaned into sink space. Bathroom was very very small and it was a bit of a problem to use bathroom sink- had to be very mindful of the warmer as to not get burned. There was also some nail clippings and hair on the bathroom floor between the sink and shower - also behind the bathroom door.

Excellent central location, great layout, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen (in my experience, this is a rarity in London flats rented as short term rentals), radiators worked great and kept the place delightfully warm for a winter trip, quiet neighborhood, safe, clear check in and check out instructions - overall really lovely stay.
