7.0Good location in South Lambeth close to Underground station. Fridge in the room.
− There was no AC (which we knew beforehand), but it was so hot that week that we could not sleep and we decided to cut our stay short. We asked for a refund for the unused nights but were denied. Beds were not very comfy.
They could be better
6.0Firstly I want to thank you for your hospitality and the fact that you always respond to our requests immediately and with every detail. The positive is the position of the apartment as is near underground station and near to center having everything we need just in 5 minutes walking. Now regarding the room, the positive is that you have microwave, fridge, closet and was clean (very important)
− The thinks that we didn't like was that room was smaller from what we are used to stay,but that is something we can pass. We didn't like at all the fact that the sink was extra small and awkward as we couldn't wash hands and face properly. The worst was the bed personaly I found it uncomfortable and too small.(in my opinion is something that can be fixed) Also I want to propose to owners, to add some small furniture (maybe next to the closet), necessary at least one bedside table and wall hangers as there wasn't place to put some of our belongings. If you make those changes it would make me consider to come back next time
