− This place is a scam. The owner did not communicate until the day of arrival, despite repeated messages I sent them. They only sent a video showing how to enter the property on the morning of arrival, with a promise to send the personal entry code at checkout time. Which is Bullshit. Even if this place was legitimate, that's not the conduct I expect from a booking. I will not fly, take a train, then a taxi, only to reach the property and find that my family of six have no way to enter. I used booking.com customer service to cancel the booking and had to scramble to find a different place last minute. Do not book this place. It is a SCAM.

7.0The location was great, very close to the city centre, which made it convenient to get around. The apartment is also well suited for large groups, with plenty of space for everyone.
− However, we experienced an issue after using the shower on the second floor — water started dripping into the toilet on the first floor. When we entered the apartment, we noticed information on the wall about properly using the shower curtains, so we were careful with that. There was no water on the bathroom floor after one usage of that, which suggests the leak may be coming from the drainage pipes under the bathtub.
For our purpose this property was ideal and would certainly use again

− La ducha del 3 piso mojaba todo el baño. La ducha del 2 piso cae en el 1 piso. El jardín estaba a oscuras, no había luz. Armario del 3 piso a punto de caerse.

8.0La situation géographique, proche des bus et métros. La répartition des pièces, la cuisine bien équipée.
− Il faudrait rafraichir l'appartement. Il y a eu une fuite entre la douche et les WC juste en dessous. La lumiere du salon etait capricieuse, il fallait forcer 4 ou 5 fois pour avoir de la lumière sans que ça ne saute.
