− Zimmer war nicht sauber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher schon, aber Zimmer und Bad nicht. Haare in der Dusche. Nicht geputzt. Betten klein, Zimmer eng. Keine Pflegeprodukte, nur Seife.

Clean, air conditioner

− 1. The key must be picked up from a bar 500m from the accommodation. If you have a lot of luggage, baby strollers, in a lot of heat and are tired from the journey, it is not at all pleasant to be driven 1km for the key. 2. The room and especially the shower cabin are so tiny that a larger person will hardly be able to enter the cabin (the entrance opening is no more than 40cm). 3. Although it says that there is internet, it actually has nothing to do with the Wifi that is given in the message from the owner. Otherwise, they will charge you a tourist tax for nothing, which must be paid on the spot in cash. 4. Most rooms are on the second floor and the ascent is via many steep stairs, very difficult with a large suitcase. It would be good if all these things were photographed or announced on booking, and not to lie to people!

It was clean

− The walk to get the check in key is far away from the actual property. The aircon leaked during the night and the shower door was not attached properly in the shower.

Location

− Aircon leaking the whole time. Reported it to staff, they said they would send someone to provide extra towels and clean up. They never did. They didn’t reply to my message asking a follow up on when they would arrive.
