Overall, a clean, comfortable, and modern guest house with excellent facilities and a pleasant stay.
9.0I really liked the spacious room, which was clean, bright, and well-maintained. The lighting was excellent, making the space feel welcoming and comfortable. The bathroom was a highlight. It was large, with a big mirror and a bidet. The shower cubicle was particularly impressive, as it was well designed and prevented any water from leaking onto the bathroom floor. The shower had both a powerful handheld shower head and a rain shower, with reliable hot and cold water. The air conditioning was also a huge bonus, especially during the June and July heatwave, as it kept the room cool and comfortable. Overall, I had a very good experience
− The check-in process was entirely self-service. There was no one at the property to greet guests, and the owner communicated only via WhatsApp, sending a link and instructions to download an app to access the property. The booking website stated that bathrobes and slippers were provided, but neither was available in the room, as I had expected the advertised amenities. Sent a WhatsApp message to the owner asking about the missing slippers, but I did not receive a response. Better communication and more responsive customer service would have made the stay even more enjoyable.
