Immaculate flat, unforgettable views
10.0We arrived really late in the evening but checkin was so easy with the smart lock. We were initially worried because of the previous reviews about cleaning, but Tom reassured us theyve got a new cleaning company and I have to say the flat was spotless! The view across the water was incredible and looks better in person than in the photos!! The kitchens a good size and lots of plates and utensils so easy to cook and eat at home. Tom was very communicative throughout and gave us some great local recommendations. We'll definitely be visiting again!

4.0Dobra lokalizacja, spokojna okolica, ładny widok na Tamizę. Blisko do przystanku autobusowego ok. 300 m.
− Utrudnione wejście do mieszkania (trudna aktywacja panelu, aby wprowadzić kod). Brudne sztućce, urwane drzwi meblowe od zmywarki, przeciekający prysznic, zardzewiałe pojemniki z herbatą i kawą, jedna łyżeczka do herbaty na 8 osób. Nie ma tam dwóch łazienek, tylko jedna łazienka i jedno WC.

− The apartment is very run-down. It really needs renovation. The walls are dirty everywhere, very disappointing. The towels were not clean, several of them had stains. The kitchen is quite poorly equipped. For example, there are only 4 spoons for 8 people. The beds are very bad. The mattress must be old because there is a huge dip in the middle. The bed frame/slats are also incomplete or broken. The app. looks nothing like the photos.
