Convenient, clean, scenic. Very quiet. Has appliances including laundry. WiFi worked well. Grocery store conveniently close.

− No complaints. We were not familiar with some of the appliances, but the staff did try to explain how to utilize them.

Our stay here was a gift. The views- amazing, all the goodies and the space-amazing. Just a true gift!

The location of property is amazing! Away from the crowds but central to everything you want or need.

Everything about this place was exceptional and first class! The personal touches, such as welcome gifts (fresh fruit, prosecco, Easter chocolates, etc.), high end toiletries, and stocked essentials and condiments were incredibly appreciated. The place even had a wine cellar that you could purchase additional wine, and this came in handy as a gift when we went to a friend's house for lunch. The place was even more magnificent than the pictures: the art, beautiful interior design, space, quality of furnishing/beds was all top notch. The kitchen was amazing - a professional kitchen with all the equipment needed to cook at home, though we didn't really take advantage of that. The master bedroom was spectacular - equipped with a spa tub, extra huge shower, super comfortable bed, and oversized closet. The 2 other bedrooms were large, comfortable, and had ensuite bathrooms which was appreciated by our three boys (23, 17, 15). Of the 4 residences that our family of 5 stayed over 2 weeks in Italy, this one by far superseded the rest; and as an owner of a Four Seasons residence, this property right right in with that caliber of property. If we could have stayed longer, we would have.

Everything from start to end. This is the most elegant beautiful place to stay in when in florence, you feel safe, luxurious and everything was just comfortable. Its one of those places where you feel guilty to leave home and go out so hard to resist staying in all day. This home was the highlight of all our long stay in Italy, it just made us love florence and feel like we need to come back to it. Luca was very attentive and down to earth, he shared a-lot of information, history and provided us with so many beautiful recommendations. They also welcomed us with a nice beautiful fruits, jam, biscuits and enough water. Their Coffee machine was so good too, Highly recommend it and look no where else if your targeting a luxurious elegant stay. Perfecto ✨
