Dobra lokalizacja, ciekawy wystrój, ale latem nie da się spać - klimatyzacja nie działa.
7.0Lokalizacja w porządku. Blisko połączeń komunikacji miejskiej, można też do centrum iść na pieszo. Ładne mieszkanie, choć nadgryzione zębem czasu.
− Klimatyzacja na górze nie chłodzi. Było baaardzo gorąco, do tego latało dużo komarów. Minusem był też brzydki zapach spod prysznica. Na dole było trochę lepiej.

1.0一点满意的都没有！
− 我在预定之前选择了11.00-12.00入住，下了订单后我发现订单显示是16.00才能入住，所以我第一时间就联系了工作人员，问他们能不能11.00/12.00入住，没人回应我！直到当天下午快四点才在booking上回复我！但是我这边没有提示有新消息进来！后晚上十点半才在WhatsApp收到他们的信息！说不可以在11.00-12.00办理入住，说check-in时间一开始就写的很清楚，是16.00才能办理入住，于是我跟他们说，如果是16.00才办理入住我就不再需要再在预定这个房子了，要求他们退还金额给我(毕竟我已经一开始就要求需要11.00-12.00直接办理入住，是他们工作人员懈怠，没有及时回复我，否则我一开始就不会预定这个住家！)这个宿主语气就特别暴躁！他说，“不好意思？你在说什么？！不可能退还金额给你，说一开始就说的很清楚16.00办理入住！”后我又给他们发了很多信息，都不再回复我！给他们申请免费退款申请就驳回！后又申请了一次！压根就不再搭理我！后面我直接店里支付并取消预定！白白付了 三百多欧元 给他们！且一点体验都没有！只有一肚子气！这家民宿已经永久被我列入黑名单！永远不会再在入住！没有第一次也没有下一次！
Perfect property for exploring Florence
10.0This was a perfect stay, it’s in ideal location just a short walk to the centre, trams are close by too. The property is very spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

− The washer machine and air conditioner didn’t really work at all. We asked about the AC but just got a response of does the remotes have batteries after providing more details about the issue. After researching appears that HVAC is controlled by others and remote stats are non-functioning. Another issue is mosquitos, some windows have screens and screens are in need of repair. Lastly, parking residents of the building are highly rude and don’t respect that you have to drop off and pick up luggage. Parking garage is about 8min walk which is not far but 15 euros a day.
