6.0Location was great, terrace with views was amazing. 2/3 bedrooms were decently sized
− 3rd bedroom is small and doesn’t have AC & the AC in the other rooms isn’t very good. The washing machine did not work and the owner/manager was difficult about helping us - he didn’t bother coming to help after an hour of texting so we had to hand wash our clothes
Florence was my favorite location of my 22 days in Italy. The airbnb was nicely equipped.

8.0A really great place to stay for walking access to the city. The views from the terrace are incredible. The place has a few quirks one might expect from an old building and the steps are demanding, but we loved it.
Million dollar views from the roof terrace
9.0Great location and stunning views from the private roof terrace. This place was every every penny. Book it. You won’t regret it.
− Two small points: (i) the wifi is terrible - so much so that we had to switch it off and rely on roaming. (Ii) not a criticism (as it’s an inherent part of the best thing about the place - the roof terrace) but there are lot and lots of stairs to the flat and there is no lift. Anyone who can’t cope with its of stairs should go elsewhere.
