10.0Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere anche il proprietario, persona squisita, al mio primo ingresso mi ha fatto trovare acqua e condizionatori accesi per avere una stanza più fresca, per l'appartamento tutto bellissimo e nuovo, dotato di ogni confort. Posizione ottima per chi come me deve andare a qualche evento all'ippodromo, se torno a Firenze so già da chi prenotare

10.0El apartamento es cómodo y se llega en muy pocas paradas de bus al centro. Sitios cerca para desayunar y comprar en supermercado.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The owner was extremely friendly and supportive throughout our stay.
9.0The property was modern, very clean, very comfortable and very secure. Location was really good, an easy 7 minutes bus ride to the centre. The owner, Luca, was extremely helpful throughout our stay and gave a lot of good advice re sightseeing, etc.
− The apartment is on the second floor, but the owner helped us to get our luggage up and down the stairs (if not, we would really have had a problem as we are 82 and 79 years old). Fortunately the stairs were very easy. Also, contrary to the info, there was no washing machine.
It would be great to offer guests disposable slippers as the floor is a bit cold.
