− APÓS O PAGAMENTO, vem o DESAGRADÁVEL CADASTRO, que para quem estiver com internet lenta, fica pior. E só pode acessar o apartamento,após o DESAGRADÁVEL cadastro concluído Entrei em contato via whatsapp, mas nada foi resolvido e nada me foi dito, além de que alguém iria contactar É UMA DIÁRIA DE 19 HORAS.... 5 horas para limpar? Um total abuso. NAO TEM ATENDIMENTO PRESENCIAL para explicar o funcionamento do local O local é ótimo, mas estes detalhes desanimam uma próxima vez. Tem de pensar.

The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the vaporetto and a great selection of nearby restaurants. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax. The shower had excellent water pressure, which was much appreciated after long days of exploring. Communication prior to our arrival was informative, prompt, and very helpful, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

− While there were many positives, we did find the apartment uncomfortable in terms of temperature. The indoor temperature remained around 25.6°C throughout our stay, which felt too warm, particularly when returning after long days of sightseeing in the heat. We contacted Thomas regarding the lack of effective air conditioning and followed all of his suggestions, but unfortunately nothing improved. We were advised that a handyman had attended to inspect the issue; however, we did not receive any follow-up, and the air conditioning temperature remained unchanged. We also found the bedding less comfortable than expected. The mattress was quite firm for our liking, and the pillows were very soft and flat, which affected the quality of our sleep.

Emplacement super,très proche de la gare ferroviaire dans un quartier très dynamique et le grand canal au bout de la rue.L’appartement est spacieux,propre mais un peu vieillot…

− La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas…elle était bloqué à 24,5…c était plus agréable dans le hall de la résidence que dans l appartement….les casseroles sont inutilisables…il y en avait juste une qui était correcte…

Estaba bien equipado,aunque deberían mejorar la distribución de la iluminación y las luces del baño. El dpto amplio y comodo

− La puerta del baño quedaba abierta. Avisamos de esto pero no tuvimos respuesta

Locația destul de aproape de gară și mijloace de transport.

− Condițiile foarte stricte impuse printr-un contract, solicitarea unei garanții de 300€ în condițiile în care curățenia cam lasă de dorit și nu am avut nici măcar un espressor mi se par exagerate.
