Lovely big spacious apartment in a very convenient location.

The property was very central to a tourist information office, left luggage place, transport options such as the water buses, train station, bus etc. It was also easy to find when we arrived after midnight. There was a good choice of restaurants and they were a bit cheaper than cafes and restaurants near St. Mark's Square. While St. Mark's is a bit of a walk away, it's still a scenic walk but there is also a direct water bus. The apartment was in a quiet location and we slept soundly. We felt safe at all times. We were there as a couple so I am not sure how the sofa bed was to sleep on. We didn't use any of the cooking/kitchen facilities but the shower and the heating system were very good and easy to use.

− When you are looking for the apartment, put in the street name and number, we put in the name of the apartment building and it brought us to near Giuglie.

Location was good.

− No facilities inside such as tea bags, coffee and other basic amenities. No ironing board either. The apartment smelled bad. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and no duvets. We were given only sheets to use as duvet. We asked for duvet but they gave us from cupboard with no cover on it. Microwave was placed very high on shelve so couldn’t reach to warm food. So we didn’t use it. Check out time was 10am which is early and cleaning staff appeared at 9:30am. Had to leave in hurry before 10am check out time.

Хорошее расположение квартиры. Рядом магазины. Рестораны. Близко от нас вокзала и автобусного вокзала. За местоположение 10. Есть фен и утюг.

− При входе в квартиру вас встречает неприятный запах, думаю это из-за плесени так как дома рядом с водой, наверное это нормально для Венеции. В квартиру не могли попасть, по номеру телефона не получалось дозвониться , телефон был не доступен. Хорошо что проходили соседи и впустили нас в парадную и мы смогли попасть в квартиру. Пол часа мы точно провели возле двери . В ожидании пока ее откроют. В квартире очень холодно, я замерз, подогрев не работают , он поломан наверное, так как все про это в отзывах пишут. Я не смог его включить, инструкции с интерната мне тоже не помогли. Пришлось мерзнуть в квартире. Надеюсь не будет простуды. На улице приятнее находиться , чем в квартире . Спать не приятно, все холодное и сырое. Было бы неплохо владельцу жилья поставить обычный обогреватель, это не дорого. А людям приятно. Вообщем я точно не вернусь в это жилье , если буду в Венеции . К сожалению. Тепло в квартире очень важно, когда тепло , нету плесени . И запах исчезнет!
