8.0Incredible location. The staff was helpful. There were no batteries in the remote and they sent some over right away. There wasn’t a drying rack and they ordered one and had it delivered next day. Nicely updated kitchen and bath.
− There is some kind of security glass over the windows so you couldn’t get any fresh air from outside, and it was very hot inside when it cooled down at night and the breeze picked up. Only one fan was provided, and it was difficult to use upstairs where you sleep. It would have needed an extension cord etc to work up there. The loft is fine, but it is a loft like one might build for a child. We had to crawl into it. And the stairs down are awkward. The cleaning upstairs wasn’t great. You were looking at fake plants covered in dust. The blinds in the room were also very dusty. We were a family of four and it worked but it was tight.

Perfect location for a break in the loveliest part of London
8.0Well equipped accommodation, very close to the centre of Hampstead. Really clean and some decent cooking facilities
− Part of a set of flats, very close to the main door so really loud at times as people left and entered. The flat above has the loudest floorboards, guests above had a party until after 2am and we couldnt sleep at all for the noise. The bed is quite dangerous to get up to, with no side rail and very cramped once you are up there.

10.0It is located near Hampstead underground in a very nice area. Everything you need is close-by. The apartment had everything we needed, was a pleasure to stay here!
− It did not bother us but be aware it is next to a sort of busy road.
