8.0We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this property to other travellers visiting Rome. The room was comfortable, well equipped, and the air conditioning was excellent (something we were especially grateful for during the summer heat!). Check-in and check-out were easy and convenient, and communication with the staff was always prompt and friendly.
− The only piece of advice I would give future guests is to double-check the room before leaving and make sure you haven’t forgotten any personal belongings. Unfortunately, I accidentally left a dress in the wardrobe, and arranging its return turned out to be quite complicated. Even though the staff tried to help, I still don’t know where my package is at the time of writing this review. I completely understand that forgotten items are not the hotel’s responsibility, so this is not a complaint. It’s simply friendly advice to future guests: take an extra minute before checking out to make sure you’ve packed everything. Other than that, we had a very positive experience and truly enjoyed our stay.
