− Es gab diverse technische Mängel. Kaffeemaschine, Beleuchtung... der Gastgeber hat aber sofort auf WhatsApp reagiert!

Terrible accommodation, very noisy, dirty and left over dirty towels from the previous stay

− We are frequent users of all sorts of accommodation though booking.com primarily hotels but when occasionally the odd apartment like this. If you’re wanting a restful and enjoyable stay… this is NOT the place in Venice. The apartment is on the first floor and there is a family living above. Until late hours in the evening and from 6am, the child/teenager bangs, jump on the floor, that it is so loud it is unbearable. The lights literally flicker it is so load and heavy footed from upstairs. Very disappointed and would never recommend this a place to stay. It’s clearly someone home they are renting on the side as the wardrobes are full of personal items including financial lets and junk. The rooms were not clean. There was dust everywhere and washing from the guests stay before still in the washing machine. Our towels weren’t clean and smelt like they had been used and just out back. All in all a terrible experience. So not stay here
