Extremely poor & unsatisfactory
1.0Close to the station & local shops. Nothing else.
− The room was extremely small and felt quite suffocating. If the window was opened for ventilation the constant noise from passing trains (every 3 to 4 minutes) made it very difficult to rest. There was no Wi-Fi facility available during my stay. When I inquired about it I was informed that the issue had been reported and that the internet service provider would attend. However, throughout my six day stay no action was taken. Customer service was also disappointing. Phone calls were not answered and communication was limited to text messages which were often responded to with significant delays. Additionally the toilet on the first floor was out of service. Requiring all guests to share a single ground floor toilet which was highly inconvenient. Overall my experience at this property was extremely poor and unsatisfactory.

2.0Lo único a favor es la ubicación, que está a 20 min del centro de Londres en metro y que cerca hay varios supermercados. The only positive aspect is the location, which is 20 minutes from central London by tube and there are several supermarkets nearby.
− En primer lugar que no hay wifi, y tiene el descaro de no solucionar la situación. Al punto de dejar barados a otros huéspedes una familia de Polacos, tal y cómo está la situación hoy en día y más en un país que no es el tuyo y necesitas internet para todo. En tercer lugar el entorno y los demás huéspedes que habían alojados ahí... Todo es un ambiente muy tétrico y de muy mala seguridad y alta peligrosidad, al punto que se meten personas de la calle si dejas la puerta abierta e incluso en parte de las instalaciones presumiblemente a consumir drogas.
