10.0I really am at pains to understand the “complaints” in the other reviews and advise you ignore them! One mentions it’s noisy. Well, yes, it’s in the heart of Soho! A few complained about picking up keys from another location (literally 4 min walk away). Another suggests they felt threatened by the cleaner who was a lovely gent that let us in early to drop our bags so we could head out and explore. The apartment isn’t perfect - it could do with a lick of paint and a set of wine glasses - but for this price, what more do you need than comfortable beds, an outdoor terrace, decent showers, and plenty of towels and toiletries in one of the best locations in London? I’d highly recommend staying here and would certainly stay again.

5.0excellent location, prompt response from the apartment owner when repairing the boiler when hot water was not flowing
− The apartment needs a complete renovation. Handing over the keys was problematic. They were not where they were supposed to be. Check-in was supposed to be from 3:00 PM and despite the keys they were not there at 5:30 PM. There was still a cleaner in the apartment at that time. During our stay Jerry 🐭 came to visit us once, probably from the restaurant on the ground floor.
Host was very helpful, allowed us to drop our bags off before check in
