8.0A localização, um bom espaço no apartamento, instalações novas, muito similar as foros do anuncio
− Acreditava que não haviam tantos degraus na estadia, fica no ultimo andar e a escada é bem íngrime e em grande quantidade, quem tem idosos, pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção ou muitas malas eu nao indico. Outra coisa que precisa urgentemente ser melhorada é os chuveiros, principalmente o que fica no quarto com as camas de solteiro, chuveiro muito franco, deve estar entupido ou algo do gênero pois a agua mal sai nele.

− There’s no elevator, and you need to carry your luggage up 3 steep flights of stairs, all 20kg of it. The bath area/shower curtain is small and doesn’t work well to keep the water in.
Convenient, comfortable, responsive landlord, loved it.
10.0This place is comfortable, quiet, and the landlord is very fast to deal with any issues (sending someone simply because a light bulb was blown!) Can't say enough about this place and the landlord. I will be looking to book it again next time we go to Florence. Convenient, comfortable, well maintained. What's not to love?!
− I would have loved a microwave, but that is very minor as the kitchen had everything else. We just heated our milk in a pan instead.

5.0Utsikten från balkongen. Sängarna var skön. Ok köksmöbler och utrustning.
− Bilderna på nätet är förskönade. Vi fick intrycket att man endast vill tjäna pengar. Slarvigt gjort med olika saker. Vissa saker behöver tas hand om. Inte värt hyran. Missvisande bilder på balkongen. Låg inget tyg/duk som skyddade mot solen. Flagnande färg på väggarna. Bordet på altan var vattenskadat. Ser fint ut på bild ej i verklighet. Rostigt. Ena sovrummet hade man rivit/delat en gardinlängd och hängt upp. Inte klippt rakt eller sytt så det såg inte bra ut. Intrycket..slarv. Duschkabinen i ena badrummet var dörrarna sliten och tappat hjul. Vi hade myror i köket och på köksmattan, så städning hade inte gjorts där på ett tag. Det var vi tvungen att fixa för att kunna både ha mat framme och kunna sitta vid köksbordet. Ena lampan hängde trasig. Papperslampor som det var intorkat vatten på. Vatten som inkommit från yttertaket. Benet på Mikron var trasigt. Garinerna i köket hängde snett. De hade hoppat ur kirchhakarna, men ägarna hade inte fixat detta. Trapporna upp till 4:e våningen är skapta fel. Brantare. Om man har små barn, är gammal eller problem m knäna är denna lgh fel.

8.0Die Lage ist top & trotzdem ruhig. Es ist eine sportliche Angelegenheit, immer ins 3. Stock zu steigen. Das Apartment war komfortabel & Bett sehr gut. Das Gebäude ist eingerustet,, daher gibt's tagsüber Lärm. Die Beleuchtung über dem Esstisch hat nicht funktioniert. Alles im allem eine gute Adresse für Florenz.
