9.0Очень удачное расположение - в пешей доступности основные достопримечательности, общественный транспорт, автостанция, продуктовый магазин. Квартира достаточно просторная, чистая, почти все есть из бытовых мелочей. Хозяин быстро отвечал на сообщения.
− При закрытых окнах хорошо слышно улицу, но сама улица не сильно оживленная. Не работает посудомойка.
