L'appartamento è ben curato e possiede tutti i servizi.

− Purtroppo non ci tornerei perché si trova in una strada poco sicura di Lisbona, non piacevole arrivarci di sera. L'appartamento al piano terra ha le finestre direttamente sulla strada e di notte si sentivano urla e gente che sbatteva sulla finestra. Zero contatto con lo staff

− The property presented a serious safety risk. During normal use, the glass shower door suddenly shattered, causing my friend to sustain multiple cuts to her hands, feet, and body. She was bleeding from several wounds, and our immediate priority became administering first aid and checking for glass fragments embedded in her skin. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent a substantial portion of our stay dealing with the aftermath of the incident, seeking medical assistance, waiting while the apartment was made safe, repacking our belongings, and relocating. The bathroom was unusable until the broken glass had been removed. We were told that temporary access to another apartment would be provided so my friend could shower and remove any remaining glass fragments from her body, but this never happened. Despite this serious safety incident materially affecting our stay, the agency refused to provide an appropriate refund. Booking.com ultimately offered only a €15 travel credit in addition to the agency's €35 refund, which, in my view, did not reflect the severity of what happened or the impact it had on our stay. Based on this experience, I would not stay with this property or this management company again.
