An incredible stay in a beautiful property!

The loft is so homely and well equipped, we loved the amazing views too! Silvia, the host is such a lovely lady, available via text if you need anything and so welcoming! The loft is so close to many lovely restaurants and sights, in my opinion you’re on the right side of the river as it has a real community vibe, but doesn’t feel as touristy, and you’re a 2 minute walk from Ponte Vecchio if you do want to venture back into the hub for dinner :).

Incredibly clean, comfortable and stylish, you feel at home, we were very pleasantly greeted and everything was incredibly comfortable. The location is also very convenient, 10 minutes from the main places, satisfied 100/10

Fantastic location by a lot of cafes and restaurants. Very close to Ponte Vecchio as well. Place was very very clean and beautiful as well

− The Shower was either absolutely freezing or scalding hot. You simply aren’t able to get the water to be warm and it takes about 5 minutes when adjusting the handle for temperature to change. The doorways are about 6’ and I’m 6’2 and hit my head on them multiple times. We were only given 2 bath towels for 5 nights. Yes there is a washer but it takes a full day for a towel to dry, I just think more bath towels are needed for a 5 night stay. Pretty much no light in the bathroom mirror. No full length mirror. As mentioned in the description it’s on the fifth floor with no lift, I thought this wouldn’t be a big deal but stairs are very steep and ceilings are low. It’s a tough climb but a good workout.

Absolutely incredible. PERFECT location if you want to feel part of a true Italian neighbourhood , steps away from excellent coffee, drinks, dinner, gelato and of course the Palazzo Pitti & Ponte Vecchio !

Excellent location within walking distance of Florence’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a charming Florentine atmosphere. It was well-equipped for a comfortable stay, and the communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout our visit.

− The stairs may also be challenging for guests with heavy luggage. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Lovely and quiet location, main attractions easily walkable. Inside COMPLETELY quiet too, which can be nice since the city can be very lively of course and sometimes one just needs to relax a little. Also very friendly host with efficient communication regarding everything. Thank you very much! The appartment is also just like shown in the pictures, there are several windows in the flat with a view over the rooftops. Very comfy feel. One MUST be aware, however, that in order to get to the highest floor in an old building like they are in this area, there will be many stairs to climb, it is not for everyone. But if you can do it and don t mind then this is a lovely place to stay and personally would go again in a heartbeat.
