6.0Appartement bien situé. Rapport qualité - prix correct pour l'objet.
− La cage d'escalier fait très vieillote et mal entretenue. On y trouve aussi des odeurs peu agréables. Période avec des moustiques : 1ère nuit juste horrible, dormi 1h et demi. Mais le répondant du propriétaire m'a donné un produit répulsif efficace.

− No AC and on the 4th floor so lots of stairs and hot! The bed in the bedroom are two twin beds pushed together.
Ruhiger Aufenthalt mitten in Venedig
9.0Die Lage in Cannaregio ist sehr zu empfehlen. Man kann wunderbar am Kanal entlang schlendern und essen und ist wirklich nur eine Brücke vom Trubel um Markusplatz und Rialto entfernt. Das Apartment ist großzügig und man hat genug Platz für zwei.
