7.0Location was convenient to train station and within walking distance to most major sites.
− Would have liked toaster in kitchen for breakfast. The soap provided for bathing were small tiny samples that were rather useless.

10.0Location was excellent. 5 minutes from the train station Santa Maria Novella. AC worked perfectly! There is an elevator, it is on the 2nd floor. Coffee bars and restaurants all around and at a good price.
Apartment lacks in charm and cleanliness
6.0The apartment was a good size for 6 adults. However, it was lacking charm and care. The host did not provide soap (only a few sample packets as an "initial" amount), shampoo, sufficient Toilet paper, or other amenities that they listed would be provided. Despite a pretty steep "cleaning fee", we all noted that the floors were not particularly clean, especially in the bedrooms (as shown by our feet after walking barefoot in the bedrooms). The location was decent and a short walk to restaurants and events.
− See above. Also, their website or emails were not secured and my contact information and reservation information was leaked to scammers.. I had to cancel my credit card and obtain a new one only days before my trip.

9.0L'appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario e si trova in un'ottima posizione e soprattutto il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo dato i costi di affitto degli appartamenti in zone centrali come questa.
− A mio parere ci siamo trovati molto bene per la nostra necessità di soggiornare dal 30 dicembre al 2 gennaio a Firenze centro per le festività di capodanno; non mi sento di aggiungere nessun parere negativo a riguardo.
