9.0Personnel très attentionné et de bon conseil. L'hôtel est au calme, un peu à l'écart comme on l'avait vu et c'était très bien. Tout est très bien entretenu
− Manque de charcuterie ou fromage au petit-déjeuner mais c'est dans les habitudes en Italie et autrement il y avait bien assez de choses
Peaceful haven near the bustling city
9.0The evening meals, although limited in terms of options where absolutely fabulous. Some of the best pasta we had in Italy. The pool was great, especially given the heat of the summer, and the overall peacefulness of the hotel was great.
− Although not that far from the centre of Florence, taxis are quite expensive. If you had a car it would be much easier. Perhaps more choice in terms of food

9.0Piękny basen, widok na wzgórze. Dobrze zadbany pokój. Śniadanie w porządku. Kolację absolutnie nie warto.
− Lokalizacja ma swoje plusy i minusy. Dojazd tylko autem lub taksówką (20-30 euro). Autobusem dość skomplikowane. Do przystanku ponad kilometr na piechotę pod górkę. Natomiast jest cisza, spokój, jeśli ktoś szuka.
Tranquillità e disponibilità
10.0Struttura molto bella e pulita, camere curate. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Lo staff davvero eccezionale, hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste, addirittura ci hanno permesso di rimanere in piscina anche dopo il check out e di pranzare al ristorante, aperto solo per noi. Complimenti davvero.
