the only good thing is the location as its close to nine Elms and vauxhall

− the place was full of ants downstairs especially near the entrance, pointed out to property but had no response on the day nor after, the place itself was nowhere near tidy and clean as in pictures, bathrooms only light was the mirrors

− Il n'y avait pas de wifi , pas de couverts , de verres, de bols et d'assiettes. Les casseroles et les poeles n'était pas adapté aux plaques à induction. La baignoire était cassée, il y avait un bruit horrible toute la nuit, l'eau de coulait pas par le pommeau de douche.

Proximity to transport and supermarket, washing machine

− DO NOT BOOK - Water pipes squealing all night (hard to sleep) beds extremely uncomfortable, can feel springs and under bed supports, pillows horrible, Scratchy linen (really cheap - see through with no under protection, can see horrible worn out mattress) 1 fork, 2 spoons 2 knives, 2 bowls and 2 mugs for all of us, lights that don't work, only single towel per guest (not a hand towel or floor mat). TV doesn't work, turns on, but no connection. Informed owner/agent within hour of arrival, they said they would address it... 4 days later...nothing! Stopped taking calls on first day (only tried 3 times throughout visit as not to be a pest. Call taken on check in.. surprisingly) slow to respond to messages. Plus, locals banging on door threatening us, called police...??previous drug house. Keep the door locked! On check out - almost threatening email received stating additional cost if checking out anything after check out time ( quarter of nightly charge if 30 to 60 minutes after 10am, then half nightly cost if 1 to 1.5 hours late, anything more incurs a full nightly cost). We travel frequently, never had an email like that! Sorry can't load the videos or took more pictures!

− Camas desconfortáveis. Barulho dos canos a noite e dia inteira que nem dá para dormir. Internet péssima ou nem funciona. Sofás cheios de pó. Não recomendo.

− „Leider war unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr enttäuschend. Bereits bei der Ankunft sind uns zahlreiche Schäden in der Unterkunft aufgefallen. Mehrere Bereiche wirkten abgenutzt, teilweise beschädigt und insgesamt nicht so, wie es die Beschreibung und die Bilder erwarten ließen. Besonders kritisch empfanden wir den Zustand der elektrischen Installationen. Einige elektrische Komponenten machten auf uns keinen vertrauenswürdigen Eindruck, weshalb wir persönlich die Betriebssicherheit der Elektrik als nicht gegeben angesehen haben. Dadurch fühlten wir uns während des Aufenthalts nicht sicher und konnten die Unterkunft nicht unbeschwert nutzen. Auch der allgemeine Zustand der Unterkunft stand für uns in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zum Preis. Aufgrund der Vielzahl an Mängeln und des Sicherheitsgefühls, das dadurch beeinträchtigt wurde, können wir diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.“
