Clean, tidy and great location.

− Both bedside lamps didn't work but managed a work around solution. An egg flipper would have been handy in the kitchen drawer.

Considering some issues I felt it was pricey,it would be great if the lack of amenities is addressed

Very near to a tube station and supermarket/grocery store nearby

− The apartment was quite stuffy when London was hot >28 C and the bedroom had no fan, Simple things like no hooks for towels, hand napkins were missing in the bathroom, Kitchen had no hand towels ( we bought a few from the market), limited utensils/cutlery, only 2 -3 large bowls and no small bowls to eat curries, one pan to cook food We stayed for a week,so there was not enough of utensils/cutlery to cook food and store in the refrigerator. The property owner confirmed to me there there is a dishwasher, which was incorrect information. and I had clearly enquired with the owner if the sofa in the living room a sofa cum bed, which he reverted in the positive, but didnt mention that I have to pay extra pound 35 for extra sheets/blanket This was quite disappointing. TV had no input for any channels either by internet, cable or satellite

Clean and tidy. All facilities are top notch, everything that we needed worked as it should. It is in a quiet location and has a tranquil vibe. The bed and chairs are very comfortable and we had a good sleep all night for both nights. The refrigerator is clean and chills rapidly. The shower works perfectly and I especially liked that there was more than we needed of cleaning aids provided. The lighting is impressive as are the views from all windows. Two nights passed too quickly!

− My partner had to wait outside for two hours after our confirmed check in time because the lockbox containing the key and fob was a bit tricky to open. I'm sure this will be resolved before the next occupant arrives though because the member of staff that I spoke to was quite upset about the situation. This level of personal involvement is always appreciated.
