успокоить соседа или купить ему комнатные тапочки, человек постоянно ходит по квартире, нужна шумоизоляция, это невыноси
6.0месторасположение, тихо не слышно шума с улицы
− сосед с верху с 6 утра ходит так как будто специально хочет разбудить и это включая субботу и даже ночью невозможно уснуть от его шкма, слышно как он двигает стулья. В субботу это продолжается весь день так как он дома. Мы заказали жилье с 28 числа, а прилетели 29 в 1:00 ночи, нам не дали возможности заселиться раньше 10:30, соотвественно такое ожидание выматывает, ночью ничего не работает. Мы предлогали доп плату за позднее заселение, но .....Но как я понимаю это здесь норма, позже 23:00 никто не работает. Если бы не эти два факта, то могу сказать жилье комфортное, есть вся необходимая бытовая техника, посуда.
Ok apartment for tech savvy people of limited size
5.0Clean, modern and the area of Venice that we prefer. Very pleasant young man waiting for us in the square - we never would have found the property without him!
− Entrance was very difficult to find, the alleyway leading to it was low, dark and narrow. Sound insulation was very poor and noisy upstairs neighbours kept me awake at the beginning of the stay. The separate bedroom was very claustrophobic - low ceiling and no window. Kitchen area was well equipped but couldn’t find any instructions for use - coffee machine , hob etc. Pullout sofa bed not very comfortable, shower narrow, bathroom small.
