This beautiful boutique luxury hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Lisbon, making it the ideal base for exploring the city while enjoying a peaceful and elegant retreat. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Katarina for making our check-in experience so welcoming and seamless—her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail set the tone for our entire stay. We were also fortunate to have incredible views overlooking the Lisbon stadium, which gave us the perfect spot to enjoy the lively World Cup watch parties and experience the excitement of the city from the comfort of our room. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional, providing genuine hospitality that went far beyond our expectations. The food, service, and attention to detail were outstanding, creating a truly memorable experience. We also greatly appreciated the hotel’s gracious flexibility in accommodating our late check-out request, which made our final hours in Lisbon even more enjoyable. Pousada de Lisboa is a true gem and the perfect choice for travelers looking for luxury, comfort, and authentic Portuguese hospitality in an unbeatable central location.
