Very comfortable apartment, great for exploring Venice on foot.
10.0The location is great for exploring Venice. Within walking distance from all restaurants, squares and about 25 min walk to the train station. The beds are very comfortable and the property has a coffee machine which is an essential for me.

Perfect place for a stay in Venezia.
10.0Perfect central position, very close to both Rialto and San Marco, beautiful view from the windows to the Piazza Santa Maria Formosa. 1st floor, not so high. Well equipped kitchen (although we didn't cook, only had a morning coffee), comfortable beds and linen, enough towels, nice to have two bathrooms. Paolo was very nice, explained everything about the apt., we could get the keys very easily, because the communication was fast and smooth.
Absolutely great location
9.0The location was perfect. The front windows look out onto a Piazza and the back windows look onto a canal. The water taxi drop is basically right outside the apartment. Although in a piazza it was nice and quiet. It is a very good size for 4 people. The bathrooms in the apartment were updated and spacious Very easy to get to the water bus to take you to Murano and Burano Mario was very helpful arranging a water taxi for arrival and departure. It really helped ease the stress of booking it ourselves. Mario was also very quick to respond to questions that we had prior to our arrival.
− It was a bit cluttered with extra furniture but if you had more than 4 people it would be perfect. The gentleman that met us to pick up the keys could have been a bit more informative for restaurants. He just gave us the general direction of where we could find nice restaurants for meals.You are close to two bridges and we discovered on the second night which bridge to cross to get to the restaurants he had mentioned. He also did not offer to help us with our bags. 30+stairs to get to apartment. No major complaints about the apartment itself
