Great apartment spacious clean and location is perfect
9.0Everything was great apartment is very clean it has everything we needed towels and cleaning supplies they even left croissants and mini cakes for us as we arrived late in the evening plus Fabio was always available for all questions we had and the check in process is very easy There was a bath tub huge plus with kids and laundry machine with pods. We enjoyed the very comfortable beds and its very close and walkable to the main sights , supermarket downstairs very good for us as a family with kids. Thank you Fabio so much

A wonderful experience for our family trip.
10.0An excellent location! Walking distance to everything you want to see. Fantastic restaurants nearby and away from the massive crowds, so you get the best of both worlds. Fabio, the host, was exceptional and so very helpful. He helped arrange rides, gave recommendations and provided such a comfortable, clean and well stocked apartment. There were even snacks and drinks ready upon our arrival. I was nervous to stray away from a hotel, but this really made our trip one to remember!! There is luggage storage super close by and we were able to check in early as well. We highly recommend this apartment and Fabio!!!
− To no one’s fault there was construction, so was a bit noisy at night and early morning, but nothing the white noise app on our phones couldn’t fix.
A gem of an apartment in the heart of Rome!
10.0The communication with the owner Fabio was excellent. Its very close to the major attractions and sights. Super to easy to walk to cafés, shops, restaurants, and of course gelato!
− Only down side. Traffic noise at times could be a lot with the windows open, especially if you're not used to it. Some construction going on as well but that should be done soon.
