1.0It's a scam never received check in details went to property front desk had no clue what's going on the contact number for the property doesn't go through at all. And now it's been 3 days and booking.com can not refund my £200 I don't recommend anyone books with this property at all.

I enjoyed my stay especially because of the functioning kitchen and the location was very assessable.

− Planned a short break in London as the culmination of many events as we celebrated two 60th birthdays. Appalling communication from the host. Ignored 7 requests for directions/access details (Text, email and phone calls) and had to communicate with Booking.Com. For additional support. Eventually he communicated with us 1 1/2 hours before actual pre planned arrival time. At this point told before arrival our pre arranged check-in time was put back by an hour for ‘additional’ cleaning. After arrival disappointed that lots of lamps did not work and loose tiles on en-suite floor. On the final morning we woke up around 7.30, with plans for breakfast in the apartment to discover the ‘prepayment’ meter had run out of credit so we had zero electricity. I messaged (text, voicemail and email) the host and as per usual he failed to respond until after we had checked out……needless to say our plans were shelved as we had to go out for breakfast (food wasted (£25) in the apartment and additional cost of eating out …£63). He responded at 1.30pm (checkout time was 11am) to say he’d topped up the meter. Such a shame as it’s an excellent apartment being run by incompetent amateurish people. Because of the host I would not recommend this apartment. What should be a stress free relaxing break was anything but.

10.0It’s a lovely apartment with plenty of room, two lovely bed rooms and bathrooms, a large tv and lovely balcony on a high floor with stunning views. I will definitely book this place again when next in london, hosts where kind and very helpful answered all my enquires and accommodated any requests! Look forward to coming back thank you for having me!
