The location couldn’t be better, and the place was incredibly comfortable.

− I would suggest adding two fans during the summer so that you can close the windows and avoid being disturbed by the noise at night.

Accommodation very convenient

Close to Lords Cricket venue, bus stops, restaurants and supermarket. Glad we secured this venue.

− Stairs not amazing for older people with suitcases. Hard to work out which of the many lockboxes had our key. Lockbox not near door. Cracked tile in bathroom annoying scribbles if stand on it which is unavoidable as it’s right by the toilet.

Unsafe, Freezing, and No Hot Water – Avoid!

Location was excellent

− We had a nightmare 3-night stay at this apartment and strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere. Despite the outside temperature being 7°C with pouring rain, the indoor temperature never rose above 15°C. The underfloor heating was completely broken. To "fix" it, the host provided small electric heaters. These were only effective if kept right next to the bed, creating a serious safety hazard for our 6-year-old child, who could have easily tripped over the cables or touched the hot elements. To make matters worse, the hot water pressure in the shower was so poor that it was impossible to take a shower. Although the host sent someone to inspect it, the issue was never resolved. We spent our entire stay in a freezing apartment without basic hygiene facilities. The most disappointing part? Despite these unacceptable conditions and the safety risks to our family, the host never offered any refund. This was a miserable experience, and I would hate for another family to go through this. Summary: Unsafe heating, no hot water, and zero accountability from the host. Avoid.

− - ściany (białe) wymagają odmalowania lub wyczyszczenia, dosłownie wszystkie były zabrudzone - dużo kurzu (meble, listwy przy podłodze, okna), przydałoby się porządnie posprzątać

Teníamos la casa reservada para mí, mi pareja y nuestros dos niños. Estaba preocupada por nuestra hora de llegada (1.00am) El anfitrión nos ayudó con todo el día antes para que pudiéramos entrar al alojamiento sin problema. No tuvimos ningún problem en encontrar la casa y las llaves. La casa es perfecta para una familia pequeña. La cocina está bien equipada y el baño. La cama es cómoda y el sofá cama también. La zona es tranquila y está muy bien conectada a todo. Volveremos!
